**Shipping Policy**

We don't ship — we deliver. Hot food doesn't belong in a box truck.

**Where we deliver**
Taco Dispatch delivers within Tyler, Texas and surrounding areas. Enter your address at checkout or when you text your order and we'll confirm you're in range.

**When we deliver**
Delivery hours vary by restaurant partner. Most partners serve lunch through late night; check the current hours when you order.

**Delivery times**
Typical delivery runs 30–60 minutes from order confirmation, depending on kitchen volume, traffic, and weather. Times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

**Delivery fees**
Fees are shown before you pay and vary by distance and demand. Any promotions or free-delivery offers will be noted at checkout.

**Handoff**
Your driver will deliver to the address you provided and contact you at the number on the order. If we can't reach you after reasonable attempts, the order may be cancelled without refund — the food can't wait around.

**No shipping**
We don't offer USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any parcel shipping. Everything is hand-delivered by a local driver, fresh from the kitchen.
