**Terms of Service**

Welcome to Taco Dispatch. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

**What we do**
Taco Dispatch is a local food delivery service in Tyler, Texas. We connect you with independent restaurants and food trucks and dispatch local drivers to bring your order to you. The restaurants prepare the food; we handle the delivery.

**Ordering**
Orders can be placed through our website or by texting 469-706-9793. By ordering, you confirm that your delivery details are correct. If a driver can't reach you at the address or number provided, the order may be cancelled without refund.

**Prices and payment**
Prices are listed in USD and confirmed before you pay. Payment is due when you order. Restaurant partners set their own menu prices; delivery fees and taxes are shown at checkout.

**Delivery**
We deliver within our current service areas around Tyler, Texas. Delivery times are estimates — traffic, weather, and kitchen volume can affect them. Risk and responsibility for the food transfer to you when the driver hands it off or leaves it at your specified drop-off point.

**Refunds**
Refund requests follow our Refund Policy: report missing or incorrect items within 2 hours of delivery.

**Allergies and dietary needs**
Our restaurant partners cook in shared kitchens. We cannot guarantee food is free of allergens. If you have a food allergy, contact the restaurant directly before ordering.

**Your conduct**
Don't misuse the service — no fraudulent orders, no abusive behavior toward drivers or restaurant staff. We may refuse or cancel orders that violate these terms.

**Liability**
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Taco Dispatch isn't liable for issues caused by restaurant partners (food quality, preparation) or events beyond our control. Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order.

**Changes**
We may update these terms as the service grows. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
